Is the facility open now?

No. This is a demand survey for a possible Irvine / Orange County indoor vehicle storage business. We have not confirmed a location or opening date.

Are you taking money or reservations?

No. The deposit question measures interest in a possible future $50 fully refundable reservation deposit. This site takes no money, payment details or reservations.

What is the proposed monthly price for?

The $—/month test price is per vehicle, for proposed shared indoor storage, suitable battery tending and scheduled retrieval with 24–48 hours' notice. The same base concept is being tested at different prices. Your response records the price shown on your visit.

Will there be climate control, insurance or 24/7 access?

Those details are not decided. Climate systems, security systems, insurance arrangements, access rules and services would be confirmed before anyone makes a reservation or pays. The survey asks which options you need.

What happens after I submit?

Your answers help shape the facility and evaluate demand. If the project proceeds, early-access respondents may be contacted about availability and founding pricing. An opening or space is not guaranteed.
